Em 2009, para a renovação da marca Cerne, estabelecemos as seguintes directrizes:
Preservar os valores da marca:
A madeira maciça como matéria prima de excelência;
O respeito pelo saber e tradição de trabalhar a madeira;
A qualidade;
O respeito pela natureza;
Recriar:
O design das linhas de mobiliário - enaltecer a madeira, o pinho, tornar mais leves os detalhes construtivos.
A imagem da marca - torná-la mais moderna, fazer sobressair os valores da marca e diferenciá-la da concorrência.
Submarca de complementos que animasse e contextualizasse o mobiliário, renovasse colecções mais frequentemente do que as linhas de mobiliário e que partilhasse dos mesmos valores da marca Cerne.

In 2009, renewing Cerne, we established the following directives:
Keeping the folowing brand's values:
Solid wood as excellence raw material;
Respect for knowledge and tradition of woodworking;
Quality;
Respect for nature;
Recreate:
Furniture design - praising pine wood, construction details should be lighter.
Brand's image - making it more modern, making the brand's values stand out and distinguish the brand from competition.

Finally, create a sub-brand of complements that liven up and contextualize furniture, renewing collections regularly. This new sub-brand BOA SAFRA would also share Cerne's values.
