The creation of the new OCR offices was based on:Create a clean, simple and comfortable work environment. Work teams from different departments should be separated by rooms but with visual communication between them.
The space had only a facade with natural light, so the light had to be crafted to make the environment as comfortable as possible so that people would not feel enclosed in rooms.
We worked the office organization - archive and the personal organization, so that each employee had a locker to store their belongings.
